Hi, I'm Lauren Casolaro!

Local to Long Island, New York, I'm a freelance photographer, videographer, and recipe developer whose goal is to showcase brand-focused imagery and content that increases brand awareness through creative and elevated photography.

I aim to approach every client with a fresh and imaginative perspective, with the focus-driven goal or nurturing individual client success, increasing social media presence, and ultimately increasing revenue for each brand.

In addition to working as a commercial & editorial food photographer, I also run my food blog Pinch of Parsley, where I share drool worthy recipes that are undetectably vegan, easy to reproduce, and showcase brands products in a way that appeals to their current audience while attracting a new consumers at the same time.

As a vegan of 5 years, I've successfully learned how to create recipes that everyone, regardless of their dietary preferences, will love.
